For our fourth Employee Spotlight, we're featuring our Operations Assistant and Sales Intern, Madi Taylor. Madi has worked for Advanced Digital Solutions for 3 years, she assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers. She is an ambitious and high-energy employee for Advanced Digital Solutions. She helps support the company’s sales and marketing team. Madi reaches out to prospective clients, including outbound sales communications via email and LinkedIn, and phone calls. Madi has also helped create identify and track sales leads, generate sales reporting, evaluate success, trends and failures of sales campaigns, assist with sales forecasting, strategies and tactics and has gained valuable sales experience. In the picture below, Madi is hard at work, operating on many different tasks from the comfort of her own home, due to the recent pandemic.
